Embassy visas we handle
One visa for 29 European countries, including Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy and Austria. Apply to the country where you spend the most nights, or where you enter first if the nights are equal. Travel insurance with at least €30,000 medical cover is mandatory.
Standard Visitor visa, applied online with biometrics at a visa centre. Priority services are available at extra cost.
Visitor visas applied online. Our own offices in Australia and New Zealand help with itineraries and supporting letters.
Japan, the USA, Canada, Turkey, Egypt and more. US visa interview waits can be long, so start early.
Documents most visas need
- Passport valid for at least six months after your return date, with two blank pages.
- Recent photographs to the size the embassy asks for, usually on a white background.
- Bank statements for the last three to six months, and income tax returns for the last two or three years.
- A letter from your employer with leave approval, or business registration if self-employed.
- Flight and hotel bookings, and a day-by-day itinerary. We prepare these for you.
- Travel insurance where required, such as for Schengen.

- The final decision belongs to the embassy. Visa fees and service charges are not refundable if a visa is refused.
- We never ask you to submit false documents. Honest, complete files get the best results.
