Refund policy
When a refund is due under our cancellation policy or because a service could not be provided, here is how it works.
How much you get back
- The amount you paid, minus the applicable cancellation charge and any non-refundable components such as issued flights, visa fees and insurance.
- For services we buy from suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruises), we refund what the supplier refunds to us.
When you get it
- We process refunds within 15 working days of confirming the cancellation, or within 7 working days of receiving the supplier's refund, whichever is later.
- Airline refunds follow the airline's own timelines, which can take several weeks.
- Banks may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show the amount in your account.
How you get it
- Refunds go back to the original payment method or bank account used to pay. We do not refund in cash or to a third party's account.
- For international bookings paid in foreign currency equivalents, the refund is made in Indian rupees.
GST and TCS
- GST on cancelled services is refunded or adjusted as allowed under GST law.
- TCS collected on overseas tour packages is already deposited with the Income Tax Department against your PAN. It cannot be returned by us, but you can claim it in your income tax return; it appears in your Form 26AS.
Services not used
No refund is possible for parts of a trip you choose not to use once travel has started, such as a missed sightseeing tour or an early check-out, unless the supplier refunds them.
