How quickly will I hear back?
Within two working hours, 9 am to 9 pm, all days. Enquiries sent late at night are answered first thing the next morning.
Are prices per person?
Yes. All prices are per person on twin sharing. Single, child and extra-bed prices are shared with your quote.
Do prices include flights and visas?
Every trip shows this clearly in its key facts: airfare, visa, meals and taxes. India trips usually exclude flights; some international trips include them.
Can I change an itinerary?
Yes. Tailor-made trips can change dates, hotels, pace and stops. Group departures run on fixed dates with a tour manager.
Do you help with visas and permits?
Yes. We guide you through visa paperwork for international trips and arrange inner line permits for Ladakh, Sikkim and Arunachal.
How do I confirm and pay?
Once you are happy with your quote, our team shares the confirmation details and secure payment options with you directly.
