Booking terms
1. Quotes and prices
- Prices on our website are per person on twin sharing, shown in Indian rupees, and are indicative "from" prices.
- Your written quote is the final price for the services, dates and hotels it lists. It is valid for the period stated on it, subject to availability at the time of booking.
- International prices depend on exchange rates and supplier rates, and are reconfirmed at the time of payment.
- Peak dates (Christmas, New Year, long weekends, festivals and local events) may carry supplements, which we show in your quote.
2. Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only when you have accepted the quote, paid the booking amount stated in it, and received our written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
- Please check names exactly as they appear on passports or ID. Name changes after ticketing may cost extra or be impossible.
3. Payments
- The booking amount and balance due date are stated in your confirmation. For most trips the balance is due before travel documents are issued.
- Flights, cruises, peak-date hotels and some group departures may require full payment at booking, as suppliers demand it.
- Pay only to the bank account or payment link shared by our official email or phone number. We never ask for card details or OTPs on calls.
- If the balance is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you, and the cancellation policy applies.
4. GST and TCS
- GST is charged as applicable under current law and shown separately on your invoice.
- For overseas tour packages, tax collected at source (TCS) applies at a flat 2% from 1 April 2026, as per Union Budget 2026-27. TCS is deposited against your PAN and can be adjusted against your income tax or claimed as a refund. A valid PAN is mandatory for overseas packages.
- If tax rates change before your final payment, the rates in force on the payment date apply.
5. Passports, visas and health
- You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date, and any visa, permit or travel insurance your trip needs.
- We guide you on visas and can submit applications on your behalf, but approval is the sole decision of the relevant embassy or authority. Visa fees are non-refundable.
- For India, carry a government photo ID for every traveller. Inner line permits for Ladakh, Sikkim and Arunachal are arranged by us where included.
- Please tell us about any medical condition, mobility needs or dietary requirements before booking, so we can plan for them. High-altitude trips need a reasonable level of fitness.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all international trips.
6. Changes
- By you: we will try to accommodate changes to dates, hotels or travellers. Supplier charges and any price difference apply.
- By us: occasionally we may need to change a hotel to one of similar standard, or adjust an itinerary for weather, road, safety or operational reasons. We will tell you as early as possible.
- Events beyond control: we are not liable for changes, delays or cancellations caused by natural events, weather, strikes, government orders, epidemics, airline schedule changes or similar events. We will help you with alternatives and pass on any refunds we recover from suppliers.
7. Our role and liability
- We arrange services provided by independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport and activity operators, who have their own terms.
- We take care in selecting suppliers, and we stay with you on WhatsApp during your trip to resolve problems quickly.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
- Please raise any problem during the trip so we can fix it on the spot, and send any complaint in writing within 15 days of your return.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
