1. Day 1 Kuala Lumpur

   Arrive, free afternoon.

   Welcome to Malaysia. Indian passport holders can visit visa-free for up to 30 days, and must submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card online before arrival. Our representative meets you at Kuala Lumpur International Airport for the shared transfer to your hotel, about one hour. Check in and spend the afternoon at leisure. In the evening, see the Petronas Twin Towers lit up and the musical fountain at KLCC Park, and shop at Suria KLCC mall. Kuala Lumpur is warm and humid all year. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

2. Day 2 Kuala Lumpur

   City tour and KL Tower.

   A half-day city tour of Kuala Lumpur. See Merdeka Square, where Malaysia declared independence, the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, the National Mosque, the gates of the King's Palace and the National Monument. Go up the KL Tower to the observation deck for views over the city and the Petronas Towers. Spend the afternoon shopping on Bukit Bintang or in Petaling Street's Chinatown. Dress modestly for the mosque, where robes are provided, and carry water, as the city is hot and humid. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

3. Day 3 Kuala Lumpur

   Batu Caves and Genting Highlands.

   Visit the Batu Caves, a Hindu temple complex inside a limestone hill, guarded by a giant golden statue of Lord Murugan, reached by 272 colourful steps. Then drive up to Genting Highlands, a cool hill resort at about 1,800 metres, and ride the Awana Skyway cable car over the rainforest. Enjoy the rides at the Skytropolis indoor theme park, and visit the Chin Swee Caves Temple. Return to Kuala Lumpur. Carry a light jacket for Genting, which is much cooler. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

4. Day 4 Kuala Lumpur

   Departure.

   After breakfast, check out of your hotel. Depending on your flight time, enjoy some last shopping at Pavilion or Central Market for batik, pewter and Malaysian chocolates, or try nasi lemak and teh tarik for breakfast. Our representative transfers you to Kuala Lumpur International Airport, about one hour away. Please reach three hours before departure. Keep your Malaysia Digital Arrival Card receipt handy. Your Kuala Lumpur city break ends here, with memories of twin towers, temple steps and cool mountain air.
